ACCUMULATIONS SCREEN

The Accumulations page shows an at-a-glance view of benefit accumulators by individual and by family.

• The Select Plan Year field will display the current plan year.  When more than one year of eligibility exists a drop down menu will be available.  You can select a year to check accumulations for that year.  Accumulators are shown by plan per year or lifetime.
• The Select Family Member field will display the member name.  When family members exist a drop down menu will be available.  Select the desired family member name to view that individuals accumulators.

Click on any of the following for a definition of the fields on this screen:

• Life Time Benefits Paid:    The total lifetime dollar amount of benefits paid to date for this patient.    

• Total Charges:    The total amount of charges entered for the selected policy type for the plan year.    

• Total Charges Not Covered:    The total amount of charges that are not covered for the selected plan year.    

• Total Payments:    The total dollar amount paid for this employee.    

• Plan Year Payments:    The total amount of benefits paid for the employee towards the selected plan year.    

• Out-of-Network Deductible:    The dollar amount of the out-of-network deductible that has been satisfied.    

• In-Network Deductible:    The dollar amount of in-network deductible that has been satisfied.    

• Out-of-Network Out-of-Pocket:    The out-of-network, dollar amount of out-of-pocket that has been satisfied.    

• In-Network Out-of-Pocket:    The in-network, dollar amount of out-of-pocket that has been satisfied.    

• Standard Deductible Carryover:    The dollar amount of annual standard deductible satisfied in the previous year that will be applied to the deductible for the following year.    

• In Network Deductible Carryover:    The dollar amount of annual  in network deductible satisfied in the previous year that will be applied to the deductible for the following year.    

Troubleshooting

• I don't see my family's accumulators.    

  Contact your health plan administrator (see Resources) if you cannot view your family's accumulators.  You can only view other individual's accumulators if authorized through your health plan administrator.

• I don't see a family member listed.    

  If you can't see your family's benefit and eligibility information, you may not have authorization to do so.

  Contact your health plan administrator (see Resources) for more information.

• The accumulator information is incorrect.    

  Benefit accumulator information is updated daily.  If this does not account for the discrepancy, please contact your health plan administrator.
