Benefit Accumulations Screen

The Benefit Accumulations screen displays the claim charges incurred and the insurance payments made / not made for you and for all family members covered under the employee's policy. The Select Plan Year field defaults to the current plan year.  The Select Family Member field defaults to the employee.

When there is more than one year of eligibility and more than one individual covered, a drop down option will be available.  To view totals for a different year or different individual, left-click to select from the drop down menu.  Accumulators are displayed by coverage type.  Naturally, your Accumulations screen will only display the coverages you have.

Tip: Access to dependent information my be prohibited due to an age restriction. Where an age restriction exist, a notification pop-up message will appear when the dependent is selected.  An override to this restriction can be applied by your health plan administrator when disclosure authorization is given.

Troubleshooting

• I don't see my family's accumulators.

  Contact your health plan administrator (see Resources) if you cannot view your family's accumulators.  You can only view other individual's accumulators if authorized through your health plan administrator.

• I don't see a family member listed.

  If you can't see your family's benefit and eligibility information, you may not have authorization to do so.  

  Contact your health plan administrator (see Resources) for more information.

• The accumulator information is incorrect.

  Benefit accumulator information is updated daily.  If this does not account for the discrepancy, please contact your health plan administrator.
