The Claims History screen displays a list of claims for the employee. The screen will display up to 25 results per screen. If there are additional results, select the Next 25 button at the bottom of the list to display the next 25 results in the list.
From the Claims History screen you can:
click on the Claim Search link to perform a claim search.
select the desired claim number to view the Claims Detail screen, showing detailed claims information.
select a provider name to view Provider Information.
If you don't see your claim, try a new search and use different search criteria. If you still don't see your claim, contact your health plan administrator.
