This screen lists the standard benefit plans offered to you and your dependents. Left-click the check box beside each of the benefit plans that you or your dependents wish to elect. Then, select the desired coverage type (family, employee only, etc.). Finally, left-click the check boxes of the individuals you're covering under the benefit plan.
Repeat this for each listed coverage that you intend to elect.
