Accumulations

The Accumulations page shows an at-a-glance view of benefit accumulators by individual and by family. The Plan Year field will display the current plan year. Click on any of the following for a definition of the fields on this screen:

Life Time Benefits Paid: The total lifetime dollar amount of benefits paid to date for this patient.
Total Charges: The total amount of charges entered for the selected policy type for the plan year.
Total Charges Not Covered: The total amount of charges that are not covered for the selected plan year.
Total Payments: The total dollar amount paid for this employee.
Plan Year Payments: The total amount of benefits paid for the employee towards the selected plan year.
(Out-of-Network) Deductible: The dollar amount of the out-of-network deductible that has been satisfied.
(In-Network) Deductible: The dollar amount of in-network deductible that has been satisfied.
(Out-of-Network) Out-of-Pocket: The out-of-network, dollar amount of out-of-pocket that has been satisfied.
(In-Network) Out-of-Pocket: The in-network, dollar amount of out-of-pocket that has been satisfied.
Standard Deductible Carryover: The dollar amount of annual standard deductible satisfied in the previous year that will be applied to the deductible for the following year.
In Network Deductible Carryover: The dollar amount of annual in network deductible satisfied in the previous year that will be applied to the deductible for the following year.

The accumulator information is incorrect.

Benefit accumulator information is updated daily.
