Searchfrom the main menu. Each will
require theMember
IDof the Insured employee.
For Member
Search today's date is used as the
default effective date; however, you can overwrite this date to view
prior eligibility or future eligibility.
For Claim
Search you can search by a range of
dates, specific dates or a single claim number.
Once you have completed the desired information
you can then search for that information in WEBeci.
A: SelectMaintenance
Menu > Users and then search by
name, User ID, or Member ID to display the User
Information screen. In theNew PasswordandPassword
fields, enter the new password. In
the Password Hint field, enter a password hint that can be viewed
from the login screen as reminder.
A: At this time, ECI will upload the plan
for you. Send the plan to your ECI contact. In the future, you will
be able to upload your own plans in the .html or .pdf format.
A: Is the eligibility in the future? WEBeci
will only display active eligibility. If you assume the sponsor
and select Employee Search you can then display all members of the
group with the View All button.
Employees will be listed in alphabetic
order, including those with future eligibility. If the member
is located, you would not be able to view their future eligibility,
but you can confirm their identity.
If future eligibility does not account
for the missing employee, contact ECI for assistance.
A: SelectMember
Searchto enter the Member ID and
Eligibility Date (defaults to today's date). Plan elections
and covered dependent information will be listed under Coverage Information.
If plan documents are available the Plan
ID will appear as a hyperlink.
Reminder!
If you
choose to not add plans, benefit information will not be available
to your groups, plan members, or providers.
