Welcome to WEBeci Online Help!
WEBeci is a tool that allows you to view and manage your health plan information. This Help window provides information about WEBeci sections, as well as a troubleshooting guide.
This Help system is designed to open in a separate window in your web browser. You can access this window at any time by simply clicking the "Help" button on your WEBeci navigation bar. While your help window will open to the topic you are visiting in WEBeci, you can navigate within the help window using the table of contents and search tabs at the left.
Within each help topic, you will often see blue hyperlinked text. You can click on any blue hyperlinked text for additional information. Click on the sample text in this paragraph for an example.
When you have finished reading the help file, you can either close the window or minimize it if you wish to be able to refer back to it while you are in a particular section of the main WEBeci application window. You can also print help topics to refer to as needed.
