The User Settings section allows you to access your system preferences. System preferences you can define include:
setting new passwords
selecting which language to view your WEBeci in
ECI plans to offer clients the ability to view WEBeci in both Spanish and French in addition to English in the near future to better serve our client's needs.
If you cannot select a language, this option is not yet available. We will send out a notice to our clients when this feature is available.
selecting the date and number formats
updating your email address
Note: Changing your name under preferences will only change the way your name appears while in WEBeci. It WILL NOT change your name with your health plan administrator. You will need to contact your health plan administrator to change your name.

To update your office information, please contact the health plan administrator (see Resources). This information cannot be updated online.
