This section allows you to view and approve or decline enrollment requests.
Note: The system lists all requests currently waiting for a response.
You can:
check the Select box and then left-click the employee name link or simply left-click on the name link.
then review the employee's request summary which includes demographic information, dependent, health benefits and supplemental benefits information. From this screen you can approve, decline, edit or delete the request.
Once you have selected the request, you can:
Approve the request: Left-click Approve to approve the request. The Approve These Requests? section will list the request summary. You can enter user-defined comments and send them as an e-mail notification to the employee.
Decline the request: Left-click Decline to decline the request. The Decline These Requests? section will list the request summary. You can enter a reason for the decline in the user-defined comments section. You can send an e-mail notification to the employee.
Edit the request: Left-click Edit to review/modify the enrollment data received. If changes are made you will be required to complete the electronic signature and date prior to submission as the original information will be invalid.
Delete the request: Left-click Delete to permanently delete a request from the system. If you complete the delete, you will no longer have the ability to access the request information.
You can select the View Declined Requests to view all requests that have been declined. From here, you can either choose to approve the request, or delete the request.
