| Life Time Benefits Paid: | The total lifetime dollar amount of benefits paid to date for this patient. |
| Total Charges: | The total amount of charges entered for the selected policy type for the plan year. |
| Total Charges Not Covered: | The total amount of charges that are not covered for the selected plan year. |
| Total Payments: | The total dollar amount paid for this employee. |
| Plan Year Payments: | The total amount of benefits paid for the employee towards the selected plan year. |
| Out-of-Network Deductible: | The dollar amount of the out-of-network deductible that has been satisfied. |
| In-Network Deductible: | The dollar amount of in-network deductible that has been satisfied. |
| Out-of-Network Out-of-Pocket: | The out-of-network, dollar amount of out-of-pocket that has been satisfied. |
