The total amount of charges that are not covered for the selected plan year. |

Total Payments |
The total dollar amount paid for this employee. |

Plan Year Payments |
The total amount of benefits paid for the employee towards the selected plan year. |

The dollar amount of the out-of-network deductible that has been satisfied. |

(In-Network) Deductible |
The dollar amount of in-network deductible that has been satisfied. |

The out-of-network, dollar amount of out-of-pocket that has been satisfied. |
