Benefit Accumulations Screen

The Benefit Accumulations screen displays the claim charges incurred and the insurance payments made / not made for you and for all family members covered under the employee's policy. The Plan Year field displays the current plan year.

To view totals for a different year, simply enter it (YYYY) the Plan Year field. Accumulators are displayed by coverage type. In the example below, totals for the major medical plan are displayed first. Below that, separate totals appear for both the dental and vision plans. Naturally, your Accumulations screen will only display the coverages you have. They may or may not correspond to those shown in the example.

Tip: Selecting the " View Family Accumulations " navigation link will show links to family members covered under your plan. Select the desired family member name to view that member's accumulators.

Troubleshooting

• I don't see my family's accumulators.

  Contact your health plan administrator (see Resources) if you cannot view your family's accumulators.  You can only view other individual's accumulators if authorized through your health plan administrator.

• I don't see a family member listed.

  If you can't see your family's benefit and eligibility information, you may not have authorization to do so.  

  Contact your health plan administrator (see Resources) for more information.

• The accumulator information is incorrect.

  Benefit accumulator information is updated daily.  If this does not account for the discrepancy, please contact your health plan administrator.
