Benefit Accumulation

The Benefit Accumulation page shows an at-a-glance view of benefit accumulators by individual and by family. Accumulators are shown by plan for both the current year and lifetime. Click on any of the following for a definition of the fields on this screen:

• Life Time Benefits Paid:The total lifetime dollar amount of benefits paid to date for this patient.

• Total Charges:The total amount of charges entered for the selected policy type for the plan year.
   

• Total Charges Not Covered:The total amount of charges that are not covered for the selected plan year.

• Total Payments:The total dollar amount paid for this employee.

• Plan Year Payments:The total amount of benefits paid for the employee towards the selected plan year.
   

• 4th Quarter Carryover:The dollar amount of annual deductible satisfied in the fourth quarter that will be applied to the deductible for the following year.

• (Out-of-Network) Deductible:The dollar amount of the out-of-network deductible that has been satisfied.

• (In-Network) Deductible:The dollar amount of in-network deductible that has been satisfied.

• (Out-of-Network) Out-of-Pocket:The out-of-network, dollar amount of out-of-pocket that has been satisfied.

• (In-Network) Out-of-Pocket:The in-network, dollar amount of out-of-pocket that has been satisfied.

Troubleshooting

• The accumulator information is incorrect.

  Benefit accumulator information is updated daily.
