Member Information > Search Results Screen

1. Access this screen by completing the Member Search screen.

2. The Member Information > Search Results screen auto-populates with a listing for each member record that satisfied your search criteria.

3. Name column

   Lists member names in a first name, last name format. Listings for primary insureds always precede listings for their dependents

   Dependent listings are indented and preceded by a hyphen.

   All listings also serve as hyperlinks. Left click the hyperlink to open the corresponding Member Information > Demographics screen.

4. Relation to Employee column

   Options are...

   1. • Self

      • Spouse

      • Son

      • Daughter

      • Other

5. Sponsor Name column

   Lists the sponsor, otherwise known as the Group Ident in HEALTHpac. Up to 12 alphanumeric characters allowed.

6. Effective Date column

   Lists the initial effective date of the member. That is, the date as of which the member's coverage went into force.

7. Status column

   Options are...

   1. • Active

      • Cobra

      • Declined

      • Medicare

      • Non-COBRA cont

      • Pended

      • pOstponed

      • Retired

      • Terminated

3. Left-click the desired Name column hyperlink to open the corresponding Member Information > Demographics screen. It displays the member's demographic and coverage information, and provides a link the member's accumulators.
