The Provider Requests screen allows you to verify providers who have requested WEBeci access.
When providers click on "First time providers, click here" on the WEBeci log in page, they will fill out a form with their information. The Pending Requests screen allows you to verify that the information they submitted is correct prior to assigning a Member ID and password.
You will see a list of provider names and demographics information. Select the desired provider to review their member information - address, phone, email, and *Tax ID number.
*Note:The Tax ID Provider Information section below the Members section shows all the providers in Healthpac that are assigned that Tax ID number. This allows you to verify that the Tax ID number in the Members section correlates with the correct provider in Healthpac.
If you have verified that the provider's information is correct: Assign a *Member ID and select the Activate button. The provider will be sent a confirming e-mail including the Member ID and password information.
*Note: The provider's primary Tax ID will be auto-populated in this field if it has not been already assigned to another provider (for example, if a provider works in an office with several other doctors, all the providers may share the same Tax ID). If the Tax ID is already taken, you will need to create a new Member ID. The Member ID may be up to 30 alphanumeric characters.
If you were unable to verify the provider's information: Select the Delete Request button.
