WEBeci Online Help

User Maintenance Screen > Search Results Display

If WEBeci identifies multiple records that satisfy your search criteria, it opens the User Maintenance > Search Results display.  Each name is a hyperlink to a corresponding User Information screen.  If more than 25 matches are found, WEBeci will add a "Next 25" button to view additional listings.

1. Access this screen by completing the User Maintenance screen > Search Options display.

2. Name column

   Lists user names in a first name, last name format.

   All listings also serve as hyperlinks. Left-click the hyperlink to open the corresponding User Information screen > Settings & Preferences display.

3. User ID column

   Displays the user's WEBeci login associated with the name.

    

4. Next 25 button

   If WEBeci identifies more than 25 matches, it adds a "Next 25" button at the bottom of the display. Left-click it to view the additional listings.
